Unreliable service

Im utterly disappointed with Game online shopping.i purchased a mixer and 1box johnson baby wipes online on 2may 2020 i paid and selected closest store to me which is promenade Mitchell's plain payment was processed and its showed 5-7 working days delivery costed me R125 which is ridiculous bt i had no choice because its stuff i needed and shops have long ques.on friday 8may 2020 i went online and chatted to an agent on game website to find out how far is my products he said that 7th day would be 12 may i also enquired weather products comew from store or warehouse he said not necessarily.on 12may 2020 i received an email from game that due to influx of orders my order for delivery has been affected and might take now 7-10days. The 10th day was yesterday 15 may 2020 im still waiting this is really ridiculous i had to give out more money to go and buy packs of wipes as my order was nt processed or delivered.
