UNREALIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>I;ve been phoning Game insurance for over a month now and every week i get the exact same story from them your claim is awaiting apporval i will sent through a urgent request your phone will be collected in 72 hours , following week same story. last week i recieved a sms saying they have recieved my claim and the phone will be collected yesterday i phoned again they said the guys are fetching the phone as in yesterday and im still waiting. ive been trying to get hold of them the whole morning i wait for abiut 15 minutes to get throught to them and finallly when i do they switch the phone off in my ear. i feel that this is inappropriate to wait a whole month for collection and then wait another month for them to fix it or replace it this is poor service, every month they debit my account and get their money i dont owe them anything why must they have such poor service. i mean i need my tablet fixed ASAP but no they just dont seem to care</p>
