unproffesional treatment

<p>on 12/05/2017 i went to game store at boulders to buy washing machine. i found out that my payment for last month was not throu. a very rude, unproffesional and incompetete young lady by the name Tloung she was so rude saying is not her problem that my money doesnt reflex on my account. she contuined cathing with her colouges.</p> <p>i have reported her to her manager John but so far nothing has happend not even applogiesing. </p>
