Had the most unbelievable experience with a contact center agent at game online contact center

Her name is nhlamulo and her manager Tebogo has the most horrible attitude ever.

I tried purchasing a vivo y11 online as per the special that was online and it kicked me out i am now told that its an error and I must pay the new price.

I can't for the life of me understand how a big store such as game can make this stupid error I am fuming at the way I was spoken to. Its not my fault as a loyal client to have to be treated like **** because of what game did.
