Unprofessional service

I went to game store at the glen and buy a decorder explora 3 and this was R999 and it was coming with the smart LNB which was out of stock at the time. I was told I will called and advised to come and fetch the Smart LNB. 3 weeks went by with no call and I decided to call them and was told they still don’t have. The fourth week I went to the store and I was told I should come on the 24th of September since the system is indicating that they would have received from warehouse. On the 27th I decided to call to check if I can come to the store and collect still there was no stock, I am ****ed off because I cannot even get people to install since I have incomplete items. I feel that they care less about the customer cause they don’t even keep us updated.
