Unprofessional Service

I went to Game in Gateway to buy Trojan training wheel, found the last one that was on display that was used by customer and it had a crack but the lady who was helping me I need to speak to information if I don't mind taking it at adjusted price. I went there.. Found Yasmin (Deputy Manager) at first she offered me to have it for R50, then she asked me for the actual price, I said R79, she said she thought it was around R150, so since it was that R79 cheap price I can have it for R20, I must proceed to the cashier.

When I was at the cashier another lady comes makes a R20 discount now, then I corrected according to Yasmin's instruction, then they kept on arguing then another lady was called (Zama) she changes Yasmin's instruction then now she's only offering R20 discount for a dirty used wheel with a crack too.

Logic is even that R20 if you discount it from R79 is still not even around R50 I was offered first. I ended up leaving it behind because I was upset of the argument and the service they gave me as a customer.
