Unprofessional service

I placed an online order on 27/11/2023 and I contacted the customer support to ensure delivery takes place on or after 01/12/2023 as I will be moving to a new place. This is the response I got from the online agent Sheila Bennett "Please be advised we cannot dictate to the courier when to do deliveries, imagine all customers must come with specialized request." I really find this comment to be unprofessional, I made the same request with several stores and they gladly took my request. I am highly disappointed by Game and will would like to cancel my order since they cant help.
