Unprofessional Service

My brother D Malatjie paid for a Defy Stove that was on special in December. The store stated that there was no stock but everything shall be sorted within a week. His planning on renovating his kitchen unit and now he can’t do anything without the stove as it needs to be fitted properly. After several follow ups still we couldn’t get assisted. This is Game in Soshanguve Crossing. They always take us from pillar to post when visiting the store for feedback. This is really unprofessional. They even held his receipt promising that they’ll deliver but till today nothing has been delivered.
