UNPROFESSIONAL REGIONAL MANAGER - BELAIR NORTHGATE

I am disgusted to know that in our society we still have humans degrading others be it employees or customers. I was at your North gate Store on Friday afternoon with my kids doing so shopping when i came across one of your WHITE store managers verbally abusing a BLACK employees who i know as the STORE MANAGER , i then asked one of the staff passing by who he is they said it was the REGIONAL MANAGER..... REALLY. Now normally i wouldn't care as i feel they would sort it out among themselves but in your store i have noticed it happening often AT THAT STORE. I feel so ashamed as my children i small and they ask me question about race that is inappropriate. I will never step foot in your store again nor will i advice any of my family and friends, Your way of treating people and what you train your manager is utterly a-puling. Don't you train your managers to be professional and do their reprimanding of staff in a private area where customer don't see this abuse? SO IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT THE STAFF WHAT DO YOU TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO TREAT CUSTOMERS....LIKE ****?????? I expect your prompt responds to this matter.
