Unprofessional, Poor Service and No Delivery of whole parcel!

We ordered a gym online from Game website. After a huge struggle to get the parcel delivered eventually this morning, only half of the gym was delivered and after phoning numerous times, talking to unprofessional employees, they advise that the whole parcel was delivered, when in fact only two A4 size boxes were delivered....how can that be a whole gym??????
