Unprofessional online service, despicable honestly!

I am livid with Game stores, i ordered an item in November 2019 and to this day have not receive the item or any communication thereof. I eventually got tired of waiting and requested a refund and well, you can take a wild guess, i still do NOT have my refund back and i call them every other week about week. All the agents have to say is "we will follow up" and the follow leads nowhere until i call back again. Game stores , you are unprofessional , what you are doing is *****ing. Your online service is despicable, shame on you! I STILL WANT MY MONEY BACK.
