Unprofessional online service at Game

Good Day,

I placed an order yesterday with my RCS card but the it said it failed to place the order but the money went out of my rcs card.

When I tried calling game yesterday on ***it said they are experiencing some technical issues, I even sent an email yesterday but no response, please sort this out I want my money back or the order must be placed!
