Unprofessional Game staff and a bunch of *******

I bought a Bennett Read iron last year November at Game. The iron worked fine untill yesterday. I was busy ironing a shirt when the iron started pulling my shirt and suddenly smoke started to come out of the iron. I could literally see and smell that the iron was burning. Today I took the iron back as I am still in my two year Guarantee period. Guess what, the lady behind the countet and the manager then told me they cannot do a refund nor exchange it as it is physical damage.

How in the hell is it physical damage when the iron burned by it self??? I'm never buying anything from Game.
