Unprofessional driver of Game deliver items without consent at neighbour.

I paid cash for a new stove on Sunday. Delivery took place today, the driver called and I was unavailable. I called him back, but he did not pick up. He then, without my approval, delivered the item at my neighbours. His name is Gerrit Joubert. This is totally unacceptable, because what happens if we go fetch it and something happens to it.
