Unprofessional, Condescending Behaviour from a Manager and her staff Members at Game.

Yesterday, I called the store want to enquiry about their casual jobs. I am not sure the lady I spoke. She gave me the information etc, she forgot to mentioned the times I can drop off the Cv for a friend. Tonight after work I popped at the store. The Security lady with short hair, was on a video call and was very irritated that I am asking question's. I had to ask another staff member and she instructed me to go at the back to reciveing department. I got there and I rang the bell, the lady shouted and said “ what do you want”! I rang the bell cause I was not going to speak to someone I didn’t see, she continued said “ you will freeze there”. I stood there for a good 16 minutes none came. Went back to the store and asked if i could speak to the Manager, couldn’t catch her name cause the attitude and condescending was on another lever. I told her the reason I am here, she was so in interested and told me who is the lady I spoke to on the phone. I am disappointed at the level of unprofessional behaviour from a Management at Game in Zevenwacht Mall. She told me I need to contact Shanaaz Mimi who is store Secretary as she not the supervisor. The Rude, unprofessional, Condescending lady, said her name is Mrs Davids. I want to close my Account!!!
