Unprofessional and xenophobic treatment at Game Cresta mall.

I got to Game Cresta few minutes ago and got an EXTREMELY XENOPHOBIC treatment from the sales consultant to whom I spoke about a sinotec 55" smart TV. I don't understand why in South Africa it IS such a HUGE SIN to be from elsewhere. All I wanted was to pay cash for my TV and all this unprofessional sales consultant had to do was to tell me politely what would be the requirements to buy a TV in his store. That's all. Instead of making me feel so low because I don't have a SA ID. This is just unacceptable and it's about time companies start to employ people who are actually conscious about how customer service is crucial. I am not only disappointed with Game Cresta personnel, but more importantly humiliated bcz I'm not a citizen of this country. But yet, I pay tax like everyone else. And part of my tax and UIF contributions helped some during this pandemic saga.
