UNPROFESSIONAL AND LYING DSTV INSTALLER

<p>I bought an explorer at Game store-Mafikeng Mall with full installation. I was assigned an installer who I sent an sms with my address and details after he spoke to the sales person in presence and scheduled to be at my place between 5 and 6 in the evening. This installer called Pule did not pitch and never responded to my messages and I left over 6 messages. Only between 8 and 9 in the evening he answered my call and scheduled to come at 9 today, I called him after 9 so many times he did not answer his phone again until at about 20 minutes past I sent him an sms saying he must not make a fool of me, if he is not coming he must tell so that i can go to work. He immediately called and said I must get another installer. This is no way to treat paying customers, game please make sure you keep end of your bargain. Monitor this your installers.</p>
