Unprofessional and disappointing.😡

Game online, 😳😳what a horrible experience.

On the 6th December 23 I bought a trojen barbel and a trojen skipping rope. I assume the barbel was not available in stock or something but even this day it is not delivered nor received any communication from the game team. I went to the store to enquire about the items...... 😡What a waist of time. I spoke to someone on their phone and the only thing she could say was the item will be delivered to me. I asked for estimated time of delivery but she insisted that it will be delivered to me. Or maybe it will be delivered on 2030 who knows😤😤😤
