Unprofessional

I bought pots @ game wonderpark worth R899 on the 8th of February 2021 with a card payment.

The pots lids were damaged and I took them back today and I lost my receipt. I had with me a bank statement showing the transaction date and the amount purchased.

Upon my arrival I went 2 return section and was assisted by Johanna. While she was asking m the date of the transaction, there comes a guy by the name Gilbert wearing a Tevo shirt. Very rudely asked y u returning these pots? No greeting nothing. I told him the lids have a problem and he insisted that the lids are fine. I've been using the pots for the past 2 months I know clearly what is the problem and a rude consultant just comes look at the lids for a minute and accuse me of lying!

There came a lady by the name of neo koka. Saying she can't assist with anything because I don't have the receipt. It Wil take 2 weeks for m 2 get a response back.

Game this is totally not a good customer service because for the 2weeks waiting I don't know for what. What must I cook on?

Such annoying service! Consultants full of themselves, interrupts while talking! This was definitely my last purchase at Game. Such ****py service
