Unprofessional

if there was a -100 stars, i would give to this ****y company and all its customer service team, they misrepresented a product on their website, and now for me to get a refund or get solution from their error (which they admitted) they keep on telling me that my case has been escalated to the head office, its been 2 weeks now doing follow up and nothing is happening, im so disappointed with Game. This company is just full of games
