unpleasant service

Today around 8:10 i phoned Game Flamehood in Klerkdorp on ***. I spoke to a lady, i just cannot remeber her name. I asked if the store has DSTV HD Decorder and i was told yest it is avaible and then i also asked what time does the store open and she told me at 9am. I was driving from the Vaal to Vryburg, so Klerksdorp is on the way. I then made a stop at around 8:30 and waited for the store to open. When the store opened, i went in and asked for the decorder from the gentleman that works in the departmenet and he told me that they are out of stock. I then told him but i called and i was told that they have it.

I was unhappy and asked to see the store manager. I expalined what happend and the manager told me that his staff only enters the store at 9am and maybe the call was answered b y the security guard.

I am very disppoitned at the level of service i received today. I wasted 30min of my morning whie waiting for the store to open.

I have two questions: 1. Why is the security guard answering the calls for Game? 2. Why is the security guard giving customer incorrect information?

I will like a formal apology from the store and proof of the discussion held with the security that gave me the wrong information
