Unpleasant experience, disgusting service

Placed an order on the 17th of August and have never received any communication till the 24th when I was expecting my order. I took the liberty to communicate and find out the status of my order, only to be told its sitting on the floor of the courier company. Game online is unprofessional and inconsiderate. Till this hour I am given a run around, turn around of 24 to 48 hours to communicate with the courier company
