Unpleasant Experience

Game Canal Walk Unpleasant customer service-25/11 I contacted the above store to enquire about the PS 5 seen a black Friday ad, spoke to Razaan.and she confirmed stock also mention that it was advertised at R6999....later on I went into store with the ad and was further assisted by a gentle man in the electronics dep which confirmed that the add was "****" after a few questions we decided to take the PS 5 at the store price /black Friday deal....we also checked online and was informed pay and request price match beat...very well off we went to pay...went to the liquor checkout as it seemed to move faster...waited with no assistance was told all the mangers are in a meeting and someone would assist left the store with no assistance...got home and phoned a few times requesting to speak Nizaam Dramat whom never answered...ended up speaking to.lauren ...who got Razaan to phone and apologize...further to my frustration I now being told that they will.not beat the price...terrible customer service definitely never win at Game
