Unorganized

I bought an entertainment set from game and arrange to pick the set up the following day. Get there the day and they sold my set witch I already bought.... I had to wait for another set and they will deliver it on Wed. They phoned to confirmed my address that i wrote down for them on the slip, gave them my address again. Wed come and they said they will deliver it today(Thurs). Got a phone call today they are looking for my place in parklands. My place is in Tokai and they know that. Now they will be delivering it tomorrow (Friday)<br> <br> Aside form this the service in the shop itself was absolutely horrible. No one could help me and when someone helped they had n bad attitude and did everything at their own pace and time. and said that the process is so complicated.... Not even the manager was helpful
