Unlimited information from Game Store Fleurdal Bloemfontein

I had an account with Game Store Fleurdal Bloemfontein. On the 22 November 2024 I went to the store to make a payment of R142.00 to the customer care section. I requested that the lady who was assisting me to close the account of and she said okay the account will be closed off without explaining an thing. Later on 2025 January I received a phone call from RCS asking for the payment of December and January,I asked how soo because I have paid off the account and requested the account to be closed off how can I still owe Game Strore the RCS consultant asked that I must get the cancelation letter form Game which the lady who was assisting me did not bother to inform me. Now the amount has increased and Game is now making it my problem that the amount must be paid. Why did they tell me by that time I was making the payment and why is Game Store put people who cannot assist the customers right in front.
