Unknowledged staff

I called game store at menlyn today to find out if they stock baby wee wee dolls as my daughter birthday is comming up, i was transfered more than 4 times and no one could help me, the people that answered the phone after they listetend to what i wanted just said please hold an there i go , the staff at game dont even know what products they stock, how can someone work for a store and not kno their products , they were even too lazy to check on their system, i would understand if i was told to hold while they check but no. I often shop at game ,so i thaught by calling instead of going their and dont stock i would call and i get no help, uselessness off staff.
