Unkempt promise

<p>I bought a cellphone from Game at Kolonade whereby I took an insurance for the phone. I reported the fault on the phone in February, thy collected it and later advised me that they will replace since it couldn't be fixed. Thy promised to deliver a new one on 29 April 2017, however they didn't deliver it. I called them several times and they would always give me a new date sometimes they'd just hang up the phone on me. I called on 14 April 2017 whereby they said it ll be delivered the next day but they didn't </p>
