Uninterested staff and faulty products

Dear Game. I am sick of the run around for the past 5 months and 2 simple shelves arent able to be fixed. Not to mention how your service consultants NEVER BOTHER TO CALL, they seem to hide behind laptops... May you come and collect the Defy fridge and refund me my money because this is pathetic. I logged a complaint in July up u til now the shelves have not been fixed instead you semd me old shelving, what do you guys take us consumers for??? I spent so much money on the fridge for you to send me old shelves and this nonsense that Defy does not have parts is utter BS!!! Come and collect the fridge AND REFUND ME MY MONEY!!! NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM GAME EVER AGAIN and I am blasting my experiences on all social media platforms
