Unhelpfull

I am so disappointed in Game store. I have a gift card and I am trying to buy a dishwasher. None of the stores in my area has the dishwasher and its been months now but i see it online. I tried to order it online but apparently I cannot use a gift card to purchase online. I phoned the customer care and asked them to deliver the dishwasher to my nearest store and I will pay for it at the store but they said that its not possible. All I Need is a solution and i want it today as I have already been waiting for months.
