Unhelpful staff at Game Witbank Highveld Mall

Since Saturday we are trying to get a settlement for the account we have with Game (Witbank Highveld mall) We got a settlement yesterday and we want to close the account. Needless to say. The assistance we are getting cannot be called assistance. After coming to the Game store at 14:45 and the lady who would call aftet her lunch break we didn't heard anything. As we are standing in Game now we are struggling with the closing of the account.
