Unhelpful staff at Game in Newcastle

<p>Game Newcastle : We tried to buy an electric blanket at Newcastle game today, and my wife wanted to ask a staff member if she could check whether it was fitted with elastic straps, or fitted around the mattress. One girl, Xoli, came to helpo, and then she apparently wanted to ask permission to open the product. Nobody could be botheredto help, and many of the staff members standing around wanted nothing to do with our query. This girl then opened it herself, and assisted us. This is pathetic, and I will not set foot in Game Newcastle again.</p>
