Unhelpful/Rude Cashier - Heidi

<p>Yesterday I went to Game festival Mall at 9am and spent over R26 000 buying a Fridge,a TV and some minor items. I was in the queue at till 12 and there was another customer in front of me so the lady asked me to go next door to till 11 where Heidi was working. Heidi then took a cloth and started cleaning a counter that was already clean while I was standing there. She carried on for a while and when I eventually got frustrated and asked her if she was planning on helping me she answered while walking away, not looking being rude and said "I told her I was cleaning so why did you come" and walked away left me standing there. I had to go to counter 12 and stand in a queue again. I asked the Lady for Heidi's name of which she gave to me and I did inform her that I will complain about this. such bad treatment so early in the morning and where I spent so much of my money. Total unacceptable behaviour.</p>
