Unhelpful ,Pathetic Service and Bad attitude

My wife went to exchange 2 items from Game Cresta mall on 10th April 2015.i was out of town at the time.i had missed placed the slip.me been a loyal client for many years was disgusted with the fact that they just plain down refused to exchange the goods.i dont need the money back just a simple exchange.i know all the terms and conditions but i spend more then R50k a year with game no matter which branch for home or office.unfortunately i will not be shopping there again.i will take my business else were.useless
