Unhelpful game store
I purchased a Wolf VX160 lawnmower. In the box was the lawnmower, its grass bin and a mulcher. Up until this week I was only using the mulcher as my grass was not thick enough yet. This week when I tried the bin it does not fit. Now game does not want to replace the wrong bin, that is brand new unused. With the right bin. All due to game error in not sending me the right bin from the start. Now in correspondence with their online unhelpful team they refuse to exchange the wrong, 100% unused bin, for one that fits the lawnmower they sold to me.
