Unhelpful and unprofessional customer service!!!!

<p>I visited the Game store in Pinecrest Centre Pinetown on the 27/08/2016 & had a very unpleasant experience.On the shelf there was a range of Colgate toothpastes priced at R8.40 so I purchased 7 of the different flavors that was marked at R8.40.As I was walking out of the store I noticed on my till slip that I was charged R11.99 for one of my toothpastes so I went back into the store to query/rectify this.I spoke to Bhavesh Ranchhod, he took me to the toothpastes shelf and saw for himself that it was not priced correctly thus the reason I was over charged.He made me stand and wait while he decided to show the department merchandiser how to rearrange this particular shelf and then sent me off to customer service to do a refund.I then decided to take another toothpaste which was R8.40 due to this.He totally wasted my time & made me run around the store like a total idiot.He did not even assist me in doing the actual exchange or honor the price that it was marked for.I had to do the refund, then Benedicta Latha from customer service tells me to go back into the que of approximately 20 people to pay for my exchanged toothpaste.I told her that she needs to do it coz they are really giving me the runaround now & her response was "what do you expect me to do, just go pay for it at the till coz I can't help you".They really wasted my time, I was very disappointed & upset with the service that I had received.</p> <p>A total waste of my time.</p>
