Unhelpful and Disgusting Customer Service

I purchased a Microwave Oven from Game Gateway on 16.02.2020. At the same time I took out a 3 year extended warranty. In August 2021 it stopped working, so I took it to the Customer service department to hand it in for repairs. I presented the Warranty document but was informed that it was still under the 2 years Manufacturer Warranty. Unfortunately I have lost the Original Till Slip and was told that in order to take it in I needed the slip. They however took my details and said they would log a call with Head Office and it would unbelievably take 4 weeks to trace the purchase. I went back today to follow up on progress and I was told that Head Office cannot trace it but that the store will be able to assist. The Manager then tells me they can't get a statement or Till Slip because of IT issues. The best part is they don't know when it will be sorted. The audacity of it is she says I am not the only one affected by Head Office inefficient work. Absolutely disgusting service for a Chain as huge as Game to be so unhelpful and unaccomadating. I will definitely think twice about shopping there again.
