Unhappy with their installer

I would like to complaine about the poor service we are getting for game store Masingita mall in Giyani,we have bought a DStv decoder yesterday the 6 May 2019 around 11.30am and they told us the installer will be a our place at Nwamarhanga the latest 14.30 pm,as I'm writing to you we have called them since yesterday and up to now we are waiting for him to get hear ,we have also informed them the we are supposed to go back to Gauteng yesterday night but wwe had to postpone our travel because of this ,their installer Mr Hlungwani is so unprofessional and it's inconveniencing us,they should have called us to check if everything was done but instead I am the one who is following up on them instead we are told he was ****** yesterday night,how is that our problem because he was supposed to have done this in the afternoon,my airtime that I have spent calling the please assist in getting this sorted Regards
