Unhappy with the level of service provided

I baught a washing machine at game benoni for my mother on Saturday 2021/06/05. We were advised that it will be delivered on Monday 2021 /06/07 which i took a day off from work to wait for it. I call the branch and I am told no one knows when the delivery will happen because of a stocktake. I was refused to speak to the manager as he/she is busy to take my call. All i wanted to know is when will the machine be delivered, the lady I spoke to answered very comfortably that she doesn't know, until i insisted that she refers to someone who Will know and be willing to help me. It is very much unprofessional and unorganized for such a big store to have staff with such an attitude.
