Unhappy with service. Why advertise something as in stock but it's out of stock 😠 😡

I ordered a table, chair and kids dough tub for collection at Game Tygervally Cape Town. When I arrived for collection was I informed that the kids dough tub set is out of stock. I ordered a red table and was given a green, when I asked they said the red was our of stock also. All this happened with no communication to me and without being provided options. I asked what will happen with the kids play dough that I did not receive, the lady said I will be refunded. I emailed to ask about my refund and have received no feedback yet. Can I please be contacted to whether I will get my item or a refund. Order #***
