Unhappy Service From Game Kolonade Store.

The service at Game Kolonade in Pretoria suck!!! I bought a Hisense Dishwasher last year and its not working but it’s still under guarantee/warrantee. I’m struggling to get the company to fix it or refund me or replace it with a new one. A technician was sent out to check it out, and informed us that it’s the pc board malfunctioning and now it’s been a month and still no1 came out again to fix it. First they had no record from the technician that he was at our house, said we needed to take down a reference number or something. I sent them several emails, they wanted to request another technician to come out but no one contacted us or showed up. They gave us a number to contact Hisense but the number doesn’t work, We bought the Dishwasher at Games and not from HISENSE, why must I struggle to fix it. I’m struggling with Game kolonade hi tech department/management. I am unhappy and so frustrated with there service, i feel like dropping the hisense Dishwasher at the store until someone can assist… I want my money back!!!
