Unhappy Online Shopper
I placed an order online for a cellphone on 20/08/2020. The first follow up was done probably 2 weeks after I placed the order and I've been following up every week since then. In this time I've received one email and one phone call from Game making false promises. Both of these took place in the last week, 5 weeks after I placed the order. I still don't have the cellphone I ordered and I'm about R20k out of pocket. I do not recommend purchasing anything from their online store. Their customer service is absolutely terrible.
