Unhappy Game store consumer

Hi there i brought a 1.5m cupboard from Game store, Zevenwaght mall a week ago. The lady how help me promised that it will be delivered the next day. The item only arrived 3 days later after numerous calls. The worse part is that when i opened the item that i had to assemble it was parts of different cupboards and some of it was damaged. I then contacted them to inform them of the wrong items delivered. They then said that they dont have stock after when i bought it from them and before i put on account they had the stock in store. I then personally went to the store spoke to a Ishmael how said that he will check for stock at another branch and come back to me, he even took my contact details the 6th of Dec. Up till today 10 Dec he never came back to me and i only found out on the 8th Dec that he(Ishmael) was off the 8th and 9th Dec and 7th he was at work not giving any feedback to me. On 8th Dec i spoke to a Gillian at the same store confirming that she found the rest of my cupboards parts in their stores ,stockroom. She then also told me that the part will be dedelivered on the 10th Dec only. On the 10th Dec which is today Game still have not deliver and of my cupboards parts nor collected the wrong parts time now 15:00. This is poor worst then poor service of game and its personel. I also told them that i am disappointed in there service seeing that most of my house appliances and other stuff bedding e.g. i buy from their store and then they render the poor quality service to me. The staff is *********** and spins stories to get customers of their backs. It breaks my trust in buying anything from them anymore.
