Unhappy customers

Went to game kolanade where we bought our monthly groceries... we saw that the raid was on special in the book but when we got to the cashier the price was wrong so we showed them, the very helpful cashier then tried to get hold of a manager, the manager made us wait 20 min before she arrived and the service wasn't very friendly from her side, she then commented \ that the department managers are just sitting on their lazy backsides"I will not be going back to game kolanade anywhere in the near future because management is supposed be there to help boost customer service. Not make them wait for 20 min """
