Unhappy customer

I bought TV online at game and I paid for it. Sent the documents through email but they still have not reliesed my order. Now they are telling me I must cancel my order and re-do it and the refund will take 7 to 14 working days. Why would you make me pay now when I need to get a refund it will still take time. The order of i re-do it, it will take 7-10 working days. That means I will have to wait a month now before I get my TV. This is so unacceptable, no1 is willing to assist and noone is getting back to me on emails. I am very angry at this point as it seems noone cares about me as a consumer
