Unhappy customer

So once again Game Stores have proven what pathetic customer service they have. I have been calling head offices this whole week and every time I am told that there are no managers available and that a manager will call me back regarding my query of them making me pay R3000 extra for a fridge. To date I have not had any manager from head office phone me dispite all my efforts to contact them. Game Stores really has the worst customer service I have ever come across. I hope that these reviews will atleast put 1 person off from supporting this ******* store as they are clearly only worried about taking people's money.
