Unhappy customer

I have been waiting for my order for too long now, when is it going to be delivered? Today marks exactly 3 weeks since I have ordered.. The dawn Wing courier company that you are using is very unreliable and they keep saying they are unable to reach me on my cellphone whereas they never even attempted to call. This is really getting tiring. I can't be calling almost every day for follow up that I get empty promises for.
