UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

I purchased a BENNET & READ TOUGH 12 wet & dry vacuum machine on 06/08/2023 and was told It is the best and can also clean carpets. I then used the machine on the 12/08/2023 to vacuum the carpets and it took me over an hour just to vacuum one carpet as it kept losing the suction. I then called game on the 14/08/2023 and spoke to the store manager to advise him that I will be returning it as I am not happy with the performance. If it takes just over an hour for me to vacuum one bedroom because of its loss of suction it will then take me the entire day if not two days to finish the entire house. On the 15/08/2023 I returned the vacuum to the shop but the manager Mr Andre is really lacking the listening skills and empathy as I told him the machine is working BUT the performance is not what I am looking for and I’m not happy with what was recommended to me by the Tevo sales lady the vacuum it keeps losing the suction. He kept on insisting that he will send it for repairs. But what repairs as I told him that the machine stops sucking dirt and just keeps on making the noise without switching itself. He tested it and also saw that at some point it stops sucking but still insisted that he will send it for repairs. I made my request clear to him that I am not happy with the performance and I want my money back as their product is not working for me. But he blatantly refused and said he is sending the machine for repairs which will take 21 working days and he is not bothered on how I vacuum my carpets while the machine is in for repairs. My rights as a customer are being violated as I have a right to return the product if I’m not happy with it.
