Unhappy customer
I have placed an order with Game store for a WIFI router that was on special. Before placing my order with Game I used their service called ”live chat” to make sure that the router I’m buying has a sim slot. The person that was helping me confirmed that it does but looking at it now it’s not. I've sent numerous emails to the online customer services with no response from them. This is really frustrating as I really need them (Game Store) to provide me with what the correct product that I wanted and Game confirmed that what I was buying was indeed what I wanted.

04 Aug 2020, 11:23Good day, please note that I'm still waiting to hear from GAME store. A lady by the name of Tammy responded privately to my initial post but nothing since then. I still have the goods with me which has never been used. I want to return this but with no one responding to any of my post it becomes difficult.
