Unhappy customer at Game store
<p>I bought a vacuum cleaner last year 6/08/2015 at Game Chrishani Mall. It has a 1 year guarantee and it broke april this year. I sent it back they sad they will fix it ,but it broke again on july 24th i went back again yesterday (25/07/2016). They sad they will fix it again but i told them i don't want it to be fixed again I want a new one they insisted that they will fix it again ,in other words I bought a second had vacuum cleaner. I don't want it to be fixed i just want my money back or a new one. Yesterday I was so emotional and i even cried so i left the vacuum there and the slip.</p>

I am not happy with the service at all. I want my money or a new VACUUM , its the second time it broke it shows that you guys sold me a second hand product. You can't expect me to wait again for you guys to fix it. You guys are not thinking of the customer just your procedures and no one explain anything about the fixing procedure before. If i new i wouldn't have bought any elictrical appliances . |I will never recomend anyone to buy at GAME ever again.
PLEASE TELL ME WHEN SHOULD I COLLECT MY MONEY OR A NEW VACUUM CLEANER IF NOT YOU CAN KEEP THE OLD ONE.
