Unhappy customer

I ordered an item online and opted to pick it up, when I did follow ups I was told item was being collected from the Glen and I was promised it will be delivered to me now just got an email that my order was canceled and I need to wait 5 to 7 days for u guys to refund after the inconvenience you've caused me driving to jabulani mall being told it's at the Glen wasting my airtime calling your customer service am not willing to that long for a refund, I want my money so I can go elsewhere to purchase that item
